As a statutory health insurance patient, I had pre-booked a semi-private room with an additional payment. However, upon my arrival at the hospital, there were difficulties with room allocation. I had to wait for an hour before finally being assigned the appropriate room. I was satisfied with the staff and the food.
Before the surgery, I was informed about all the risks and dangers, and Dr. Feigl helped alleviate my fears. After the surgery, I expected more doctor visits, apart from the daily check-ups.
To my great relief, the diagnosis turned out to be benign, and I was allowed to leave the hospital after a week.
