After years of experiencing pronounced lumbar facet joint syndrome and bilateral sacroiliac joint syndrome resulting in constant pain, I decided to undergo surgery based on the recommendation of Prof. Dr. Dr. med. G.C. Feigl.
Following a CT-guided infiltration of segments LW 3/4, 4/5, and LW5/SW1, two endoscopically guided procedures were performed. The first intervention took place in November, and the second in June, both personally conducted by Prof. Dr.Dr. Feigl.
Since the last surgery, there has been a significant improvement in my previous symptoms. I am currently able to manage without taking any medication – something that was previously impossible. I can move throughout the day with minimal discomfort and be active for several hours without issues.
